Managing Prime Blue 3

As Prime Blue 3 is a holiday resort, and none of our owners live there on a permanent basis, the Board has found it reasonable to hire a management company and an accountant to follow up our businesses on a daily basis.

Prime Blue 3 has signed an agreement with Vison Property for property management. This company was picked out amongst several others when the Board in 2016 was searching for a management company. They were picked out due to their outspoken values when it comes to their standards of ethics, loyalty and honesty.

The Company have over the years proven to represent professionalism, integrity and honesty at the highest level when it comes to dealing with our challenges, but also when it comes to dealing with suppliers, sub-suppliers and professional partners. The owner of Vision, Ayhan Kara, is a well-know and highly respected businessman in Didim.

In our contract with Vision the following is covered:

-        Translation English/ Turkish with until 15 hours per year

-        Translation of newsletters from English to Turkish

-        Getting quotes, and handling orders from the Board

-        Paying bills according to approvals from the chairman

-        Accounting, and financial reports

-        Follow up suppliers and external workers

-        Legal advice and lawyers

-        Administrative tasks, given by the Board

-        Implement the Annual General Meeting according to Turkish law

-        Report to the Board in case of any problems concerning the management of the complex, employees, dwellers or owners

-        Give advice and guidance to all owners of PB3

 

The chairman is by the AGM legally given the authority to make decisions on behalf of the owners in PB3. To secure that PB3 follow Turkish law, we use authorised accountant, translator and solicitors to guide us when it comes to income and expenditure.
