Every owner should have this. If you don’t, you may get it at the municipality (Belediye). Getting a habitation certificate (ISKAN) costed in 2019 around 10 TL. This document is useful to have if any changes in your apartment, and necessary in case you want to sell your apartment.

In order to obtain a habitation certificate, you need to bring:
